PROGRESS

I am not as fast at sewing as Elaine but the machine is running hot

and The Scot did see them and ...... ummm improving.

This is my mystery plant, it seems to have two flowers now.

The garden is growing fast as we have humid weather at the moment.    We have just had a flash storm which showered us with 8mm of rain in about 5 minutes.   They forecast returning storms for the rest of the evening.

Like Fiesta above, it DOES look like a type of lily.

Your blocks are coming along - the dark green is especially appealing to counter the golds. I will be watching to see how these values work together without all the HIGH contrast that I eternaly have. 8-( I managed to get another row of blocks together, while my hair was drying, before work. The blocks go together easily - no pins needed - because they are already the "right" size after trimming. If there is a slight discrepancy, there is enough bias or "give" to match them easily.

Have fun!

I love the colours you are combining in your blocks. They work well together.

All looking great! The plant looked like a Peace Lily but now looks like a Clivia. Interesting - enjoy!
