GARDEN PARTY DAY

Garden Party Day.
Have I only made one post since last week?  I really am slipping.

But these are my flowers for this week, added to the previous ones.

I am still not sure whether to have the green path around them or to join them all together like a mass of flowers.   Still I guess there are a lot more to make before the final joining.

I think the green path sets them of well, they look good to me, that weather we are getting has cooled of now back to more normal at this time of year averaging abouta pleasant 15c

It is nice to have a common factor link - the darker green, - but whatever you decide will look good.

Some darker green middles with darker green surround even - or flowers massed together with darker green central 'star' and edged in darker green. I DO like that green with those lovely flowers.
For a laugh - my verification word is ...... porgal.... get it? Poor gal, has to make a choice!! LOL. Sorry - just my humour...

I like the green path Sheila.

I think need a path, Sheila, otherwise they will lose their individuality. Green is fine, but I'm a bit of a white or cream fan myself when doing things like this. If you are unsure about the dark green, why not try them on different fabrics/colours?

They look great sitting on the green fabric, I think it would really make the flowers 'pop'.

I vote for a green path, it will make the flowers pop.

P.S.
A very light blue, mottled kind of color could represent the sky...
If you don't like the green. :)

Wonderful fabrics you're using. And I think you can use the green as a path: to really separate and emphasise the beautiful flowers!

Love your bright green centers. You could use a darker green as the path or a cream would be pretty, too.
