We used to take our Annual Holidays at Christmas.  The Scot, not being a Party Animal, would miss the usual Office Party held on Christmas Eve, and we would head off in our Campervan for four weeks (of relaxation and bliss.

The Scot was very keen on photography at that stage.  He would take ages to set up a shot, usually missing the sunrise or sunset in the process.

This particular day he spied this old tree trunk.

He took about half an hour to set the camera up, then we all had to pose.

but unbeknown to The Scot I arranged with the kids that on the count of three, we would all duck down.

So camera set, The Scot rushed to take up his place and smile

one  two three

Needless to say he wasn't amused, but we thought it hilarious.

BTW  the first photo was really the second, because we were nice and smiled.
